Nonverbal communications. Honest Signals

An “executive briefing” caught my attention
this week of Prof. Sandy Pentland speaking
about nonverbals.  Although I am a
believer and an advocate of the importance
of nonverbals, the interview provides some
follow-up leads, click on:

 - other Sandy Pentland videos

Things to Note:
  timing of conversation responses,

  mirror neuron-triggered gesturing (mimicry),
and
fluency (consistency in tone or motion)

are important.

Emphasis:  importance of face-to-face
nonverbal interactions in human persuasion
and information believability.
