I really “dig” the NYTimes interview of
Richard Anderson (Delta Airlines) exploring what
he looks for when interviewing people– the questions
he asks and the skills he says mean a lot in top
candidates.
- Writing skills
- Adaptability
- 21st century time management know-how
  1)Touch paper once
  2)Do your homework (prepare)
  3)Return calls promptly
  4)Set and keep to a schedule (my words, as much as
you can)
