rather than retired, and seeking
full-time employment, he could
apply for the dues waiver.
If he was involuntarily retired,
relative to his dues, the eligibility
for the 50% retired discount is
30 years of membership and
retired from full-time employment.

offer this unemployed benefit.
They do offer emeritus
membership for people over 65
with more than 30 years as a
member. I phoned the
Executive Director and posed the
question about unemployed
workers membership dues.

me with her approval to waive
the annual membership fees.
